Usage and Privacy Policy

To use our Application, we will ask you to familiarize yourself with the terms of use and privacy policy. Your access to and use of the Service signifies your agreement to abide by these Terms of Use and consent to the Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information is collected when you use our mobile application and the services provided through it.

By using our application, you confirm that you have read and agree with this privacy policy. You have reached the age of 16 years (or your parents or guardians have read and agreed with this privacy policy).

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use our application. Please cancel any subscriptions using the Apple feature (if you are using an iOS device) or Google (if you are using an Android device) and delete the application from your devices.

EEA includes all current member states of the European Union and the European Economic Area.

1. About Personal Data

1.1. When communicating with our support service, you may need to provide us with your email address and other clarifying information to fulfill your request or provide you with support.

1.2. Some data we collect automatically, such as your operating system version, as well as data on the sources and methods of installing our application.

1.3. We collect data from your mobile device. Examples of such data include: language settings, IP address, time zone, type and model of the device, etc. We collect data about your interaction with our service. For example, we record how often you use the Application, how long you stay in it, as well as your purchases and subscriptions.

2. Purposes of collecting and processing your personal data

2.1. To enable you to use the Application smoothly, as well as to prevent or correct errors or technical problems associated with the Application. We use monitoring services provided by Google (Firebase). See Google Privacy Policy and the "Privacy and Security section of Firebase for more information.

2.2. Information that the user provides about themselves using contact forms, including name and email address, is necessary for feedback, to respond to requests for technical support, services, etc.

2.3. To communicate with the user about our application, we use push notifications. They may contain reminders or other information about the application. To disable receiving push notifications, you need to change the settings on your device. The services we use for this purpose may collect data on the date and time when users of our application view the message and when they interact with it, for example, clicking on links included in the message.

2.4. We and our partners, including Google, use your personal information to tailor and personalize advertising.

How to opt out of personalized advertising

For iOS device users: on your iPhone or iPad go to Settings, then Privacy and click Advertising to choose Limit Ad Tracking. This action will not completely disable advertising but will pause ad selection for you based on your interests.

For Android users: to opt out of advertising on your Android device, simply open the Google Settings app on your mobile phone, click Ads" and enable the Opt out of interest-based ads option. This action will not completely disable advertising but will pause ad selection for you based on your interests and account information.

3. Legal basis for processing personal data (for EEA users only) We process your personal information on the legal basis of your consent to this Privacy Policy.

3.1. Who we share data with. We share information with third-party services to help in debugging, improving, customizing, supporting, and promoting our project. Third-party services with which we share information include, for example:

3.1.1.Service providers. We transfer personal information to third parties we hire to provide services or business functions on our behalf based on our instructions. We may transfer your personal information to the following types of service providers:

• Data analysis service providers (Firebase)
• Marketing partners (in particular, social networks, marketing agencies, email delivery services).

3.1.2. Law enforcement and other government agencies. We may use and disclose personal information to ensure compliance with our Terms of Use, protect our rights, privacy, security, or property and/or the rights of our affiliates, you, or others, and to respond to court, law enforcement, regulatory, and other government agency requests or as required by law.

4. Changes to this Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy may be changed at any time.

By continuing to access the application or use it after changes are made, you agree to abide by the revised Privacy Policy.

Subscription Terms

Subscription is automatically renewed. Please read these subscription terms carefully before starting a free trial or making a service purchase for auto-renewal subscription. To avoid payment, you must cancel your subscription or free trial in your app store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or the current subscription period.

If you do not know how to cancel your subscription or free trial, visit the Apple support website, Google Play help (or any other app store support pages). Deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions and free trials.

Subscriber Fee and Payment

1. The application can be downloaded for free. However, some Service features are offered by subscription for a fee. You will pay App Store applicable fees (and any related taxes) as they come due.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may change the subscription price at any time. If you do not want to pay the new fees, you may cancel the relevant subscription before the changes take effect.
3. You authorize app stores to charge the relevant fees from the payment card you provided.
4. By subscribing to certain subscriptions, you agree that your subscription may be automatically renewed. If you do not cancel your subscription, you authorize app stores to charge you a fee for the renewal term. The automatic renewal period will be the same as your original subscription period.
5. We may offer a free trial subscription to the Service. The free trial provides you access to the Service for a certain period of time, the details of which are specified when subscribing to the offer. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period, your access to the Service will automatically continue, and you will be billed the corresponding fee for the Service. We reserve the right at our discretion to change or discontinue any free trial offer, your access to the Service during the free trial, or any of these terms without prior notice and without any liability. We reserve the right to limit your ability to take advantage of multiple free trials.

Please read the terms carefully before using the service. We reserve the right at our discretion to make changes or additions to these application usage terms at any time and for any reason.

Acceptance of Terms

1. Your access to the Service and its use signifies your agreement to abide by these Terms of Use and consent to our Privacy Policy.
2. If you do not agree with any part of these terms or if you do not have the right or authorization to abide by these terms, then do not download the app and do not use our service.
3. We do not guarantee that the application can bring you any benefit, will always meet your requirements, and that its operation will be uninterrupted and error-free.
4. Not all information described in the application is suitable for everyone. The Service is intended only as a tool that may be useful in achieving your general life goals. You acknowledge that if your activity, encouraged or inspired by the service, involves any risk, you accept these risks, understand and agree that you bear full responsibility for your health, life, and well-being of your family and children (born and unborn), and all decisions now or in the future.
5. The information provided through our services is intended only for informational and entertainment purposes. Information in the application does not replace any professional advice, including professional medical, psychiatric advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional legal and financial advice. Never neglect or postpone seeking professional medical or other professional advice.

Limitation of liability

Using our application means waiving possible claims against the developer and agreeing that the informational content of the application is exclusively narrative and entertaining in nature.

The developer is not responsible for any moral or material losses as a result of following links to other resources or advertisers links, as well as as a result of using the application materials.
